We are the ultimate friendship facilitators. Our dream to build a community for women of color to connect in the burbs came to fruition 4 years ago. We hit the ground running connecting women of all walks of life through our membership, brunches, personal and career development workshops, and so much more. The golden rule is to build lasting friendships with a group of likeminded women in the burbs.

I absolutely love GITB, but I really adore the founders, Sherra and Tiff, even more. They have tons of events scheduled and everything is thoughtfully put together and curated for women of color. I’ve met some super dope women in the group and have had so many opportunities to volunteer and be social. I can’t wait to see what else they do in the future!
